A woman needs' seven hours' sleep for the building up of her system, ihen she needs two more hours for the recuperation of her body, and the extra two hours will restore her complexion and take the wrinkles out of her face. The woman who wants to derive the fullest benefit from her beauty sleep will compose her mind before sinking olf into slumber, adds the Family Doctor.
