WEDDING.
'flic marriage took place at Whitclcy Memorial Church on Wednesday of Miss Ethel Ramson, youngest daughter of Mrs. Ramson, of Smedley, Fitzroy, and Mr. William Percy Griffith, formerly of New Plymouth and now of Napier, 'hie wedding aroused a great deal of interest, and there .was a buy ■■'. nilante at' the church. The ''ilicmliii'j Minister was Hie Rev. Mr. Griffith, ..-> Christ-church, uncle of the bridegroom, assisted by the Rev. J. G. Chapman. The bride was prettily attired in a fancy silk striped voile over white silk and" she wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms. She was given away by her brother, Mr. G. Ramson, and was accompanied by four bridci-niaids. Miss Nellie Ramson (sister of the bride), Miss Kate Griffith (sister of the bridegroom), and Misses Esma Griffith and Norma Morey. two little girls. The senior bridesmaids wore dresses of pale bhie floral muslin and the two little ones wore white dresses trimmed with heliotrope. Mr. Frank Griffith (of .Masterton), brother of the bridegroom, was best man, and Mr. Harding (of Napier) groomsman. The honeymoon is to be spent at Rotorua and Auckland. The bride's travelling dress was a brownstripe tailor-made costume.
