Richard Sidney Knowleden, aged H, a draughtsman, was committed (or trial at Portsmouth for stealing a wireleM telegraph receiver from the torpedtk school ship Vernon, and also, under thel Official Secrets Act, with unlawfully Ob-1 taming plans of models and iketchea of apparatus connected with ethergraplia. The defence was reserved and bail «!• lowed.
