The proceeds were lor the school prize fund, the gross takings amounting to nearly six pounds, which was considered very salistactory. The chairman saiu the attendance at the school had been well maintained during Hie year, and the work done was very satisfactory. It was also pleasing to see so main friends present, evincing an interest m the school's welfare. At the close a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to all who had so kindly assisted to make the evening a success, and especially to Mr. and Airs. Henderson, who had done the lion's share of it. ,
