Mrs. Mary McKendry, aged 44, wno was injured internally on Monday through a trap capsizing, died in the hospital to-day. KILLED BY A FALL OF CLAY. Christehurch, Last Night. George Cousins, 40 years of age, a laborer, married, employed at Cooksle.v's brickworks, Opawa, met with u fatal accident whilst undermining a facing of day. which collapsed, partially burying him. He was immediately extricated, but succumbed half an hour after from internal injuries.
