I ' * SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. , Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and weather forecast:—Tine weather has been very warm and fine, the winds variable and moderate generally, but a southerly gale has prevailed at the East Cape. To-day there has been little movement of the barometer, though the indications are still for a fall everywhere shortly. The weather - Kill probably continue warm. Strong easterly winds are probable in the north and increasing northerlies elsewhere. The present conditions' are unstable and Bomewhat threatening to the westward.
