The Rarawa brougflt from Onehung.i yesterday 100 tons of cargo, including 70 tons ot cargo, including 70 tons of manure, 18 tons of flour, 17 tons of sugar. 2 tons of cement, and 230 cases of fruit THE KOTUKU.
The Kotuku arrived about midnight on Thursday with UU!) 'tons of general cargo, including 110 sacks, 441 hundreds and 330 fifties of flour from southern ports, and 140 cases of frlyt from Nelson. Transhipments were brought .'X Kamona from southern ports, Waipori and Manuka from Melbourne, Mararoa from Sydney, Sussex from Liverpool and West of England ports, Athenic from London, and Indradevi from Now York. The Kotuku got away for Onehunga after discharging and loading her southern cargo. She does not call here on her return from Onehunga this trip.
Tbr Home liner Sussex passed c(f New Plymouth yesterday bound from Port Chalmers to Waitara, where ?ht loads frozen meat, etc. She is due at Wellington on Monday and is timed to leave for Avonmouth on the 23rd.
Mr..Watson, late of the Ngatiawa, is now acting third officer of the Rarawa.
