Officers were elected:-Chairman, Mr A. L Humphries (re-elected); secretary and treasurer, Air. ,1. Clark (re-elected: auditor, Air. X. Bcwlcv (re-elected). „ A ™ tp " f , t ! lanks accorded Mr. ''riththg for his past services as trf»» surer, and to Air. X. Bcwlev for his services as auditor.

A hearty vote of thanks was acco!-;'-ed to the New Plymouth Dramatic C'.uh and- the \\ altera Thespian Society -Sr entertainments run in aid of the committee's funds during the year. A vote of thanks was accorded to the Press and all others who had assilted tne committee during the year. It was decided to ask the New Ply. mouth Amateur Athletic Club and the Caledonian Society if they were desirous of having representation on the committee. The North Taranaki Cricket JTssociition was granted the use of the ground lor the Alanawatu match during Christmas week, and the AVanganui match on January Ist and 3rd. s" *« decided to point out to the North Taranaki Cricket Association that Jittle or no assistance is being given bv cricketers to the caretaker in the mat; ter of rolling the wicket. t
