WILD SCENES. By Cable.—Press Association.—CopyrigM New York, December 12. Reuter reports that wild stcnes occurred on the Cotton Exchange in New York, when the Agricultural Bureau report announced that the crop was 200,000 bales below expectations. Prices rose 45 points. The New Orleans Exchange waa equally excited.
