SUMMARY AND FORECAST. '
By Telegraph—l'rcs3 Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Rev. Bates' summary and forecast:— The barometer has fallen everywhere slowly in the Xorth but considerably in the southern districts. Northerly gaies are now reported in Foveaux Straits, and on the East Coast of the South Island. Moderate to strong easterly winds prevail elsewhere. The weather has J>een warm, humid, cloudy and showery in parts. _ The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, unsett'ed and cloudy weather, with rain probable everywhere, and thunderstorms in parts, especially to-morrow evening; northerly winds, strong to gale, are probable generally.
