The next mail for United Statos and Canada (via Vancouver) clostes here about 21st December. On and from the Ist December a dehvcry of parcels will be made from tlie Chief Post Office, New Plymouth, once daily, within the area of the lettercarriers' delivery, of all parcels beyond three pounds m weight, or bulky ones below that weight.
