Bates' summary a»d forecast:—nigh barometictl pressure has continued and the weather has been changeable. Warm and humid easterly winds, moderate to strong, have prevailed general iy. The present indications are for a decided fall in the barometer everywhere, with freshening and probably stormy northerly winds. Cloudy and unsettled weather will probably issue in rain gpreadlng over the country.
