BREACH OP AN AWARD. By Telegraph.—Preat Association. Auckland. Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day the Inspector cf Factories and Awards charged George Beer with having accepted work by contract, contrary to the provisions of the painters' award, he I*ing at the time a member of the House Painters' Union of Workers and a Journeyman pam'er. He was fined Ida and costs.
