SUPREME COURT.
A YOUTH'S LAPSE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Invereargill, November 30. The only case at the Supreme Court was a charge against Von Tunzelman, aged 18 yedrs, of stealing £29 10s from the Friendly Societies' Dispensary, setting fire to the building, and attempting to chloroform the dispenser. Accused was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment. Invereargill, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Michael Flanagan, an old age pensioner, 73 years' of age, was acquitted on n charge of carnally knowing a girl aged 14 yearv 9 months. In divorce, Mary Aim Lattimore was I granted a decree nisi against liolfe A. F (Lattimore, of Maheno, on the ground of I adultery.
