The complaint was in connection wild a a declaration bv Baxter to the cllect that he had effected improvement Co a certain piece of land to the extent of CIIIS, and that he lad been resident on the land in question from about January 1511, 1008, to June Ml", 1008. After evidence had been taken accused was committed for trial, bail being -allowed.
