FOUND DEAD. Yesterday morning information was received by the Hawera poliac 'that an old-age pensioner named John Dale, was on Sunday found dead at Manaia. The deceased lived by himself, and was aged 70. He was born in Lincolnshire, and came out to New Zealand as a young man, landing at New Plymouth. His wife died on the voyage out. After farming for a while in the Inglcwood district he settled in Manaia over twenty years' ago. He leaves several grown-up sons and daughters.
