A iniddle-aj»ed mini named William llenry -Joseph Kingston, is being charged with indecently assaulting a young woman, lit appears that the man poseu as a magnetic healer, and the girl had been under hi, 1 treatment. Prosecutrix dated that Kingston told her she was sulfcring from appendicitis ami oilier ailments, for which he subjected her to a form of massage, lie acquired great inlluenee over her, which she was powerless to resist. She further alleged that accused, who is u married man with three children, proposed marriage to her. saying that his' wife would not live long. He also treated her sister. Dr. Giblis stated that he had examined the. girl, anil found her to lie strong and healthy, and free, from any organic troiilile, past or present. The case is likely to last some days. |
