The secretary was instructed to arrange for Mi'. Perry's orchestra during the evening. It was decided (hat 110 ribbons should bf allowed in any of the decorative classes. Mosdames Doekrill and McKellar, Messrs Tiech, McGahev, W. W. Smith, and the secretary were appointed an executive to deal with any matters arising between now and the date of the show. .stewards were appointed—Pot plants: Colonel Messenger and Mr. G. W. Browne; cut flowers: Mesdainos Grant and Paton, Messrs D. McDiarniid and Paton; bouquets and floral designs; Mrs. Doekrill and Miss B. Smith; children's floral classes; Mrs. "Russell and Mr. "R. W\ Griffiths; vegetable* and fruit: Messrs Tisch. F. Goodacre, and K. B. Kyngdon: home-made preserves and children's cookery: Mrs. D. K. Morison and Mi>s Percy-Smith; home-made "hread, cakes, etc: Mrs. McKellar, Miss Hempton and Mrs. Pepperell. Messrs McGnhey and Sandford were appointed a spacing committee.
