By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is t'he Rev. 1). C. Bates summary and forecast:—The weather hi! been warm and humid, and inclined to drizzle. The winds have been light and variable, though northerlies have prevailed. The barometer has been unsteady, though little change has really (taken place. The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, a continuance of moist and warm weather, rain in many parts', and freshening northerly winds, especially in the southern districts.
