WEATHER FORECAST
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Rates' summary and forecast are as follow:—The weather was very stormy in the south on Saturday, hail' and sleet being experienced about Cook Straits and westerly and south-westerly gales about the '.Si.iuh Island. The weather was also verv unsettled, lint generally fair, over the North Island mi Saturday and ii|i to Hi,present, with north-westerlv win,ls. The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, with warm an.l humid conditions, increasing cloudiness, and freshening northerly winds, especially in the southern dislri-ts.
