GISBORNE BURNING CASE.

The young man Harry \\ illoughiiy, husband of the aged Maori who was burned to death last week, and who succeeds to .something like C4ft,ftoo of her estate, was before the Court this summing a charge of drunkenness on the night of the tire and was remanded till Wednesday, the magistrate intimating his intention of sending him to Pakalo Island at Auckland. Tatt.lcy, for supplying Willouglibv with liquor, was lined UlO. Thomas Sidney, for assisting to drink the liquor, was also lined ,clo in default two months' imprisonment.
