I A SOLAR OBSERVATORY. IBy Cable.—Press Association*—Copyright Received Nov. D, 10.30 a.m. Melbourne, Tuesday. The Federal Caliinet has approved the scheme for submission to Parliament for tie' maintenance ot a solar observatory. The Premier (Mr. A. Deakin) states that the construction and equipment will cost about £50,000, and it is considered nrobable that oue or more of the wealthy Australians will undertake this COKt.
