The State Labor Party has decided to .support the lion. Wade in making the Federal linaneial proposals permanent. The Federal Labor Parly reseats this action, and declares that the BrUoane Conference never intended that the Federal (iovcrnment should be hampered by |K'fmtiaeiit financial arrangement#. The New .South Wales Party denies this, and declares that the Conference fully meant that the proposals should be permanent in order to give security to tie State Treasurers.
