ULTIMATUM TO MOROCCO.
FRANCE AND GERMANY TAKE ACTION. Received October 31, 3.20 p.m. . London, October 30. Oeraany has sent Mulai Hafid (the Sultan of Morocco) an ultimatum to pay his German creditors.
Germany and France, acting in accord with the demands made in Morocco, iefused to receive the Moorish embassy Which recently visited the Continental cities.
