Hates' summary and fore, cast this evening -states:—Reports show that there has been little movement of the barometer during the past 24 hours. The weather will probably be unsettled and cloudy on the whole, and cold and damp about the East Cape. A westerly disturbance is due in the south to-morrow, but has not yet shown sign of development.
