Pepperill (New Plymouth) vas elected president, Mr. Westbronk (Wanganui) vice-president, the Rev. B. Niclson (Stratford) secretary, and the Bev. H. White assistant secretary. Reports from stations were very satisfactory on the whole. Special missions j bad been held, with good results, and' nn encouraging increase in membership was reported. A discussion took place as to the best way to promote the Work of God, and -it was suggested that ministers should conduct revival services in each other's circuits. At the morning service Mr. Norman Hyde (East Egn'Ciit), a candidate for the ministry, preached a trial sermon.
