London, Oct. 22 The National Union of Women Work, ers' Conference at Portsmouth adopted a resolution in favour of the systematic emigration of women to the overseas dominions. Miss Margaret Hodge, of Australia, warned the conference of sendiii" unsuitable emigrants overseas. Mi* Roscly, of Queenstown, read a pnpc> upon the condition of education in the Commonwealth.
