The Times stales that llarland and Wolff, the Canadian Pacific Railway, the Allan Line of steamships, and the Dominion Government will unite in the construction of a dry dock at St. John's, Now Brunswick, capable of accommodating the largest battleship, the Govern-' nicnt giving a subsidy of 8 per cent., not exceeding £'MW yearly.
