Comtc De Lambert, a Russian, aboard a Wright biplane, aeroplaned from Juvisy over the Eiirel Tower, a height of 1200 feet, and returned to Juvisv. Tiic journey was from -10 to 50 miles and occupied 55 minutes. Excitement provailed in parts while Lambert was above the streets.
