Bate weather summary and forecast:— Ewepi on the West Coast of the South Islanu, and during the night in the southermost parts, the weather has been fa r everywhere. Winds have changed'to the westward over the North Island, and more northerly in tie South, and freshened oenerally. The barometer has laL.en low in the South and risen in *ho North, so that the gradients are steepened, and a heavy westerly gale is now probable south of Kawhia and Castiepoint and high westerlies elsewnere. Bain'is probable south of Kawhia and Castlepoint and a further fall in ths barometer everywhere. .
