During last month the filtham factory manufactured 124,7341b butter, and the payments to suppliers at the rate of llv,d amount to £5145. In September of last year there were manufactured ]] 1,5421b, and tlie payments at Is totalled C4fl.in. This Mwws an increase last month of 13.18811) of butter over the corresponding month of last year, while, there Is also a substantial increase in the payments, though the rate per lb is three-farthings lower. The present output reached 133 boxes on Monday, and is daily increasing. The average test last month was '3.70.
