Speaking at the Federated Mast* Builders' Association, Mr. Bennett, ft New Zealand representative told *• story of a builder's troubles in respe-fc of the dominion's industrial legislation. Ho said New Zealand was a kind of experimental farm, which wits for legislating experimentally for the benefit <jf the world at large. The mei» he explained, wanted the arbitration court and the power to strike as well.
