KXOHAXUE OF COURTESIES. By Cable.—Press Association.—bopyrigiit New York, October 17, General D. Porh'rio Diaz, President of Mexico, crossed the border for the lirst time during his presidency to meet President Taft at El Paso. President Tnft returned the visit at Tuareg. TJiere were great demonstrations at both towns. General Diaz was attended by 3000 Mexicans, and President Tuft I>V a large body of United Suites troops, owing to threats of assassination ani an expected anarchist demonstration.
