Seven classes were agreed upon as follow:—11) Landscape/ (:>) Seascape; fj) Animal -Study; (-1) Set of six Postcards: () Instantaneous (any subject); {<)) Hesi enlargement Portraiture; (7) liest Kiiliirgeinent other than Portrait* 'lire. Kntries may be of any size and must be mounted (framing optional). lee will be (Id for each entry. 1 to "i inclusive; Is for enlargements. Competitors may enter any number of photos in each elass by paying additional entrance fee. Fiis't prize in each class lu.s (id, second .Is. Prizes mav be either in cash or photographic goods. A special prize will be given for the most popular picture in the opinion of the public. If sufficient entries are ro-1 eeived special prizes will be award-d in addition to the above. Competitors are requested to write a nonwle-plume on the back of each entry in addition to which they will forward to the secretary an envelope containing ' their nonvde-plume and their name and ad dresv. Entries for competition must bo made not Jater than Monday November The local professional photographers are to be asked to act as judges.
