She encountered a succession of gales lor three months ami her decks were constantly flooded. The* crow suffered severe privations. During a hurricane a big wave mvent tin* whole starboard watch of six men and two hoys and the second mate over the side. Seaman O'Reilly was drowned, but the others managed to regain the tteelc. The first mate, Strange, died dunn* the voyage. °
