THE BISHOP'S CHARGE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland. Last Night. The Anglican Synod opened to-day. A large portion of Bishop Xeligan's charge . dealt with the aims and objects of organised capital and labor, and the relations of the Church thereto. On the mibjcct of marriage, the Bishop warned the member* of the Anglican communion against contracting marriages with Bonan Catholics, especially in view of tin 'attitude of that Church towards mixed marriages.
