The Waziris are committing outrages, but the Afridis and Malunands are quiet. , The Ameer, Ilabibullah Khan is unsympathetic towards India, while his brother, Sirdar Nasrullah Khan, is actively anti-British. The Indian authorities' are becoming anxious.
