In consequence of Socialist members alleging that Mr. Richard Bell misrepresented tlie Amalgamated Railway Serj vaults' Society in the House of a conference of tlie society, sitting ia camera, determined to relieve Mr. Bell of all his duties connected with parliamentary matters, but by 32 vote* to 25 refused to ask liira to resign the secretaryship.
