REYNOLDS v. THE ATTORNEYGENERAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. AVellington, Last Night. In the appeal case Revnolds v. the Atto-rncy-General, affecting the right Of a civil servant to appeal against the judgment of the Board of Enquiry, counsel for the Department said the appellant had his remedy in an action for wrongful dismissal, if the Board had act- * i«"sd'ction. He also contended that the Court had no power 10 make a declaratory order, as the Act was not binding on the Crown. Judgment was reserved. °
