By Telegraph—Prew Association. Wellington. Last Night. Following is Kev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—The weather has heen cloudy and wet. The harometcr has continued low in the southern districts and fallen steadily in the north. Strong westerly and squally northerlics have prevailed. The present indications are for high westerly winds changing to the southward for more unsettled and cloudy weather generally.
