Healy, Nationalist member for l.outli. ami .Mr. Redmond, another Nationalist member, a movement is afoot to expel the former. Twenty-four Irish Commoners refuse to join in the movement, as they much approve of Mr. Healy's opposition to the Government's licensing proposals, in which Mr. Redmond acquiesces for the purpose of bargaining on other questions. A CANDIDATE RETIRES. Loudon, October 4. General Hutton has resigned his' Conservative candidature for Portsmouth, with a view to facilitating the fusion of t'ho Conservative and I'nlonist parties h the borough.
