\. . DROWNED IN Bin OF WATER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Carterton, Wednesday. The body of the missing man John Beard was found last night in a dram ; at the side of the railway line, facs downwards, in eight inches of water. Presumably deceased tripped over a | semaphore wire and rolled down the j bank into the drain and was too weak to extricate himself.
