It suspended the certilicates of the .xraptain and chief officer for a year and reprimanded the third officer. (In onhii weather, during a slight ifog, the steamer I'mhlali struck at Cape Point, and was totally wrecked. She had 47 passengers aboard. One person was drowned. The vessel was' bound from London to Port Natal at the time.)
