A contributed article in th» North Herman Gazette says that Germany's watchword is: "if we cannot have the most we must have tile best ships." THE THIRD BATCH. Received 27, 11 p.m. London, September 27. The Times' Berlin correspondent says the third batch of Dreadnoughts will carry U'/o-mch guns.
