CAPE COLONY INDIGNANT. | P/ Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright CAPETOWN, Sept. 24. A deputation at Capetown, in a reference to the action of the Australian tariff upon Cape dynamite, said this was an illustration of the case against preference. Australia's action 'was unfriendly and outrageous, for it meant that while taking all advantages of the Capc'o' preference, iit gave absolutely nothing in return.
