Bates' weather forecast: Southerly winds, strong to gale, are probable, generally with told and damp weather, llaia probable everywhere and snow on high levels. The barometer is expected to - rise everywhere, but there are indications for another less'er fall before high pressure obtains. The lowest pressure passed the Bluff at 5 ajn., and since then increasing southerly winds have prevailed.
