A VOTE CUT DOWN. By Cable.—Press Association.— Copyrig'at Received 21, 10.45 p.m. September 21. The Austrian-Hungarian Ministers discussed the common Budget and reduced the naval vote by £.1,180,001. The meeting broke up without providing ttic funis for Hie Dreadnought*. The newspaper Lcit publishes a semiofficial account of the naval programme, which includes 16 Dreadnoughts, .the first four costing £2,300,000. /
