Lord Swaythling, Mr. Arthur Chamberlain, Sir Charles McLaren, Sir John Hrunner, .Mr. George Cadbury, and S3 other business men have signed a statement in favor of valuation of laad, considering a new basis of assessment necessary to secure relief from growing rates. °
