AMUSEMENTS.

WEST'S PICTURES. | West's Picture Company submitted a really excellent programme'of moving pictures sit the Theatre Royal last night. There was a fair attendance, and the audience was not slow to express its appreciation as the films were shown. This week's set of films was oven an improvement on tiiat of last week, more instructive pictures being shown. From an educational point of view the pictures had much to commend them. The comic pictures were of a mirth-provoking order, and the trick films marvels of cin'.'matograph art. This afternoon a matinee performance will be given, children being admitted to , any part of the Theatre for sixpence.

For to-night's performance an entirely new programme is'promised, and should attract a large audience.
