ARE THE CREW WEAK AND INCOMPETENT?

Mr. T. Summerhill, Labor member for Sunderland, asked several questions respecting the manning of the Waratah, suggestive of a weak and incompetent crew.
Mr. Winston Churchill, President of tho Board of Trade, refused to make any statement pending mi inquiry, which would necessarily bo instituted.
STEAMER SABINE TO THE SEARCH.
Received 12, 5.6 p.m. Now York, September 11. The Sabine has sailed for Capetown to search for the Waratah.
